  • Mix milk and egg; set aside. Mix dry ingredients in separate bowl.
  • Add seasoning (I use Tony Cachere's Creole Seasoning) to flour mixture. Soak liver in milk and egg.
  • Drain.
  • Shake in flour mixture. Fry in hot oil.
