Wow! I need more stars!!! I made two burgers out of this with cutting the ketchup mixture in half...I told the hubby that he needed a knife and fork to eat it...He doubted me...but after taking the photos he made a point of reminding me that I needed a fork and knife to eat the hamburger....my first bite was full of dancing flavors...I could only eat half of the burger...it was very filling but satisfying...thanks for posting the recipe...made for Spring 2014 PAC...=)

What a different type of burger for me! First, I didn't have a hamburger patty....just ground chuck. So I wasn't sure how large it was supposed to be and just improvised! Wasn't sure if it was supposed to be seasoned or not, but decided to stick with just salt and pepper because of the curry in the ketchup. My first bite was questionable....so different from anything I've ever had, but by the 3rd bite I was sold. Just had to wrap my head around such a different taste for a burger! LOL! I think this would be really good on Naan bread or Pita bread....I'll give that a go next time. Thanks for sharing! Made for Aussie Reunion Tag.
