What a lovely way to have afternoon tea. Almost like a lighter version and certainly easier to make; of mulled wine. I made this the day before, cutting it down to a one person serving and enjoyed it sitting on the balcony, watching the storm clouds move in over the city. The slight taste of lemon gives it just that little extra tang that I so enjoy. I think the hardest part would be remembering to make it up a day in advance. Made for Photo Tag December 2012.
