"Got this off of Captain Morgan USA's Face book page. There is no recipe like this on Food.com so I thought I'd add it. I thought I'd make a suggestion on the raw egg. There is a risk of getting sick from raw eggs. There are egg alternatives out there that are far safer."

Ingredients:: 4
Yields:: 1 drink
Serves:: 1

ingredients

2 ounces irish cream
¹⁄₂ ounce spiced rum
1 egg (You can substitute with a powder egg mixture or the ones that come in a container that has been thro)
1 pinch nutmeg

directions

Mix Irish Cream, Spiced Rum, and egg.
Pour into a snifter.
Garnish with a sprinkle of grated nutmeg.

Raw egg a bit scary for me, my will is up to date... Okay, but neither DH nor I finished the drink. If I raised my own eggs, I might have a different attitude. Made for Spring 2013 Pick-A-Chef.
