- 3⁄4 cup mustard seeds
- 3⁄4 cup coriander seed
- 1⁄2 cup kosher salt
- 1⁄4 cup celery seed
- 1⁄4 cup dried marjoram
- 1⁄4 cup dill seed
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon whole allspice
- 1 tablespoon ground red pepper
- 1 teaspoon whole cloves
- 20 bay leaves, crushed
directions
- Stir all ingredients together and store in an airtight container up to 2 months.
