1. Flavorful, spicy and delicious - we really enjoyed these pork chops tonight for dinner. Will definitely make them again. Next time I will reduce the salt a bit - just our preference. Made for PRMR tag, May, 2014.

 2. We had mixed feelings about this recipe...I gave it 3 stars...I found it dry and the spices were just to overpowering...hubby gave it 5 stars...although he thought it was dry he enjoyed all the flavors...served it with corn on the cob and a baked potato...

I love cooking and trying different foods, but my favorite cookbooks are now Weight Watchers or low fat/low cal cookbooks as I tend to try and make low fat/low cal recipes. I lost over 90 pounds on Weight Watchers and have maintained for over a year now -- so my cooking/eating habits have changed drastically following my weight loss and to keep it off!
