  1. This was sooo good! Loved the sauce, and I always love to eat mushrooms. I didn't add any salt, since I thought the bouillon cubes added plenty of salty flavor. This will make frequent appearances on my table.

  2. Yummy! I used a combination of button mushrooms and baby bellas and quartered ech one. I sauteed some chopped onion in the butter and proceded as written. Since I love cheese, I used the full 1 cup of parmesan. Loved it and will make it again. Thanx for sharing!

  3. This was delicious! My husband couldn't stop raving. :)

  4. This was devoured! Instead of the bouillon cubes I used chicken stock but otherwise followed the recipe. The pictures do not do it justice - The mushrooms were so flavorful Thanks Geema for another of your recipes that I have enjoyed

  5. I followed ReeLani's advice on this recipe and did't add any salt either and I don't think it needed it with the beef cubes. I also didn't wash the mushrooms I only wipe them with a paper towel. It is a tasty recipe but I would add some spring onions perhaps next time.
