NYC Hot Dog Onion Sauce

ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup water
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1⁄3 cup ketchup
- 4 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon coleman dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- fresh ground pepper
directions
- In saucepan combine all ingredients.
- Bring to boil.
- reduce heat; simmer 5 to 10 minutes, until desired consistency.
