1. Have made several times now, the only thing I've done differently is put them under the broiler for about 5-10 minutes to get them really crispy.

 2. This was a hit tonight! I peeled and cut taters, combined spices in a ziploc bag and added taters to shake. Placed the taters on a pre-heated baking stone and drizzled the olive oil on top of the fries and baked for 30 minutes. I thought the seasoning may be too much for my picky 10 y/o who hates "spicy" things but he liked the fries. Served aside of a triple decker BLT club and dill pickle slice. Thanks for posting!

 3. We loved these! After I cut the potatoes I put them in a bowl of cold water and let them soak for an hour, then I carefully took them out not to disturb the starchy residue at the bottom of the bowl, dried them a bit on paper towels I was using more potatoes and didn't want them to stick together which can happen if the starch is on them. Then I followed the recipe using peanut oil because of the high temp. My kids thought they were great.

 4. These are a huge hit. They can be crispy or a little soft depending on the cook time and thickness of the cut. The flavor is spectacular. I suggest using olive oil rather than other ones and not peeling the potatoes.

 5. UPDATE: I made this again, but instead of spraying the nonstick spray on the pan I used parchment paper. This helped crisp the fries better and they didn't stick to the pan the way they did even when using nonstick spray!

YUM! These were super terrific! I will be making these again! Thank you!

 2. I made these last night after going back on WW'ers. I used Reduced Fat Parmesan Cheese instead of the regular Parmesan Cheese. It's kind of hard to find, but they just started carrying it at our local Walmart. These fries were very tasty and they honestly come out like they are fried. Be careful not to cut the potatoes too thin. I was trying to mimic fast food fries but didn't account for the fact that they shrink up when they cook, so some of them were too hard. My daughter said some of them were a cross between a french fry and a potato chip. haha! So I'll cut them a little larger next time. They DEFINITELY curbed my french fry craving, and I suppose if you don't want your french fries "zesty", you could just use a little more salt and none of the extra spices. Another note, I used the bagged potatoes that aren't "large". I used four regular sized potatoes instead of the two large. For you WW'ers out there, for a regular sized potato, it came out to 3 points total for each potato. You're serving will be about the size of a medium fry at McDonalds. 3 points for a medium fry - excellent deal! :)

 3. My mom used to make a version of these while I was growing up and they are sooo good. The only difference in recipes is that she used melted butter instead of oil and would pour it over the potatoes on a baking sheet. Then sprinkle with parmesan cheese and seasonings. Yuuuum!!! I am definitely making these tonight! :)

 4. Very good, and very easy! I also left the skins on. The only other changes I made were to omit the cheese, and I used smoked paprika instead of regular paprika. These were deliciously crispy, and a wonderful side with our burgers tonight. Thanks, Marie.

 5. These were great. I subbed chili powder for the paprika. The kids ate them like crazy. Thanks!
