We really enjoyed this. Great combination of flavors; spicy but not overly so, with the sweet-tart taste of cranberries. Thanks for the tip about freezing - I froze half and look forward to having this again in the near future. Although I made this in the middle of the summer, I can see this as a wonderful (and easy!) idea for Thanksgiving and Christmas.

This is a very tasty spread for crackers. Don't be put off by the appearance -- I think it might be more attractive if you used a mixer to blend everything, but then it might puree the ingredients too much. I did leave out the green onions as I thought they might contrast too much with the green chilies. This reminds me of jalapeno pepper jelly which is generally poured over a brick of cream cheese except this dish is all combined together. Made for Fall PAC, 2012.

Hi. I'm padreaming and live in Central PA. I work full time and love to cook. Problem is I made a lifestyle change 30 pounds ago and find it difficult not to cook the things I love. Baking is my favorite. How can you bake and not eat it too?!?!?!?!?
<br>I enjoy reading and traveling. Hope to be able to travel alot in my later years. Trouble is I spend too much time reading romance novels and not near enough time planning my retirement monies ? May just spend my retirement reading instead of traveling ?
