  1. Excellent! We found this recipe in one of those old "everyone submit your favorite recipes" books. We didn't do the onions because my cooking partner didn't like them (will definitely do next time though) and used fresh, steamed broccoli. It was very easy to make and delicious! Will definitely return to this one for a quick, easy, mostly healthy meal.

  2. Wonderful!!and EASY. We made it with "Cotton Country Cornbread" mix by Martha White (kinda low in saturated fat) and added 1/2 c sauted mushrooms (add more if you like mushroooms) We added a salad for a quick dinner.

  3. Super easy to make and tastes great. A clear winner for breakfast.

  4. This is delicious. The cornbread mix eliminates the need for a crust. Easy to make and tastes great. Highly recommended. This is a keeper. Thanks.
