directions

  • Place steak in large resealable plastic bag.
  • Mix vinegar,olive oil,tequila,lime juice,garlic powder,chili pepper,onion powder,salt in small bowl.
  • pour over steak.
  • refrigerate for at least 1 hour or over night.
  • heat up castiron pan and sear both sides put in 350 f oven for 15-20 minutes.
  • serve with tortillas, onions and peppers and pico de gallo.

  1. Nice and tender meat, but I will use less balsamic next time. I LOVE balsamic, but it seemed to make the fajitas overly sweet. If I hadn't been expecting more of a southwestern taste, it would have been fine! Easy and quick to prepare. Made for Spring 2011 PAC

<p>I have been living in L.B. for 12 years since i met dh.I married into a family of 4 kids 3 girls and a boy.well now there 3 woman and a man. I have 4 granddaughters that range from 8 yrs- 14 months. My step daughter moved in with us on our 1 yr anniversary and has been here since.Shes 21 now and the best kid anyone can ask for in fact they all are. I am truley blessed. Since I found zaar all i seem to do is cook and bake, and I have been so happy doing it.(gained a little weight but hey I''m happy) I needed too anyways lol</p>
