  • Coat frying pan or sauce pan with olive oil and heat to a medium-high heat.
  • Add in onions, squash, and green pepper and saute until everything everything is lightly browned but still has some crispyness to it.
  • About 8 minutes for me.
  • Add in seasonings and stir well.
  • Let cook for an additional minute and serve.

  2. I made this recipe using both zucchini and yellow squash. I also added a little soy sauce when it was almost done. Easy to make and tastes great. I served this with Recipe #186272 and Recipe #77143. Made for July 2011 All You Can Cook Buffet.
     
  3. This is a wonderful vegetable dish. It is great to use with those vegetables you have in your garden. I used fresh garlic and also added zucchini. I served it with "Recipe#15747".
     
  4. I will be having this often this summer as the garden produces. I think it is such a great idea and is so much lower in fat and calories. I did use fresh garlic and reduce the oregano a bit for personl preferences. The bonus to me was crisp/ tender veggies. Well done blink!

Hey Blink,Sorry I have taken so long in getting around to rating this,I made it a couple of months ago (about 3 times now) when we had fresh squash from our garden,but I have let my recipes that needed to be rated stack up,so I am trying to get them all out now.But want to tell you your sqaush saute was really great.
