Sriracha is the generic name for a Southeast Asian hot sauce, named for the town of Si Racha. It is made from chile peppers, vinegar, garlic, sugar and salt.

1 cup tomato sauce + 1/4 cup brown sugar + 2 tbsp vinegar + 1/4 tsp cinnamon + dash of ground cloves + dash of ground allspice = 1 cup chili sauce
