Gorgonzola
Gorgonzola is a blue-veined Italian cheese. It is made from unskimmed cow’s milk. It can be buttery, crumble and very salty. The blue veins have a bite to them. Gorgonzola dolce is young, creamy and mild. Gorgonzola mountain is more mature, firm and more pungent. Best served at room temperature.
