Pig's cheek

Smoked pigs feet are great for flavoring stews and soups. Usually a part of a Southern US cuisine, as well as Irish. The feet are salted and smoked the same as other cuts of pork, such as ham or bacon. They are placed in jars with vinegar, the same as vegetables may be pickled.
