America’s greasiest, hamburger-flipping-est, Emmy award-winning animated family just got the news of its lifetime. Bob’s Burgers is getting its go at the silver screen.

The feature-film-length production of Bob’s Burgers, which has been around since 2011, is scheduled to be released on July 17th, 2020, according to Deadline. Far off in the distance, perhaps, but that can’t stop series creator Loren Bouchard from being excited, and even a bit jokingly terrified.

“We’re thrilled to be invited to bring Bob’s Burgers to the big screen,” she said on Wednesday. “We know the movie has to scratch every itch the fans of the show have ever had, but it also has to work for all the good people who’ve never seen the show. [...] In other words, it has to be the best movie ever made. But no pressure, right?!”

The series revolves around a beachside hamburger shack run by the Belcher family, voiced by vocal talents including H. Jon Benjamin (who also voices Archer in FX’s Archer), Kristen Schaal and Eugene Mirman.

The show has twice won the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Animated Program, once in 2014 and again this year in 2017. It is currently in its eighth season, which premiered on October 1st.
