- 1⁄4 cup olive oil (to taste)
- 1⁄4 cup rice vinegar (to taste)
- 2 teaspoons parsley flakes, dried
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 dash cumin
- 1 dash cayenne pepper
- 1 avocado, chopped
- fresh cilantro, chopped
directions
- Combine ingredients in a bowl. Garnish with chopped avocado and cilantro. Chill.
