Directions

  1. Put water on to boil for pasta and salt
  2. Chop onion and mince garlic.
  3. Put pasta in to boil.
  4. Heat butter in a medium saute pan until melted.
  5. Add garlic and onion and saute on medium heat for 3-4 minutes.
  6. Add capers and saute for another 2-3 minutes.
  7. Turn off Heat mix in olive oil and add salt and pepper to taste
  8. Let cool until pasta is done, and add mixture to pasta immediately after straining so flavors absorb into the pasta.
  9. Add lemon juice, mix with pasta mixture thoroughly and enjoy!
  10. Its great as is, but you can also add in anything you like (e.g. fresh basil, chicken breast, broccoli).
