I use 2 of the little Jiffy cake mixes and instant no cook pudding I have also done this using other pudding flavors but the white chocolate is my favorite.”

  • 18 ounces yellow cake mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup 1% low-fat milk
  • 1 teaspoon almond flavoring
  • Icing
  • 3 12 ounces fat free white chocolate pudding mix
  • 24 ounces Cool Whip Lite
  • 1 teaspoon almond flavoring

Directions

  1. Make cake according to package direction, substituting milk for water and using a 9 x 13 cake pan.
  2. Icing: Beat together on high all ingredients until smooth, several minutes and spread over the top of completely cooled cake.
