ingredients

¹⁄₂ cup butter, softened
1 cup sour cream
1 egg
1 (16 ounce) can corn, drained
1 (16 ounce) can cream-style corn
1 (9 ounce) box corn muffin mix

directions

Combine butter, sour cream and egg. Stir in both cans of corn and the muffin mix. Spoon into a well creased casserole dish.
Bake 1 hour at 350°F until golden brown.
