  1. Base Cookie dough:.
  2. Combine butter, light brown sugar, sugar, baking powder, vanilla and egg.
  3. gradually stir in flour.
  4. For Chocolate Chip Walnut: preheat oven to 375*F.
  5. Stir in semi sweet mini chocolate chips and chopped walnuts.
  6. Drop by tsp amounts onto cookie sheet.
  7. Bake 10-12 minutes.
  8. For Chocolate Butter: preheat oven to 375*F.
  9. Stir in melted chocolate chips.
  10. Drop by tsp amounts onto cookie sheets.
  11. Bake 10-12 minutes.
  12. For Coconut: preheat oven to 350*F.
  13. Add 1 C coconut to dough.
  14. Roll tsp amounts into balls.
  15. Roll balls into remaining coconut.
  16. Place onto cookie sheets.
  17. Bake 12-15 minutes.
