Ingredients Nutrition

  • 6 pork chops, bone-in
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 14 cups milk (1 soup can)
  • 23 cup water (1/2 soup can)
  • 18-14 teaspoon garlic powder or 18-14 teaspoon onion powder
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Brown pork chops in oil then place in large baking dish or roaster.
  2. In large bowl, mix remaining ingredients and pour over pork chops.
  3. Cover and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 1 to 1 1/2 hrs until tender.
