5 Minute Lemon Pie
"This is a fast and EASY lemon pie. You can put the topping on top or leave it off--it is good either way."

ingredients
- 1 1⁄4 cups cold milk
- 2 (3 1/2 ounce) packages instant lemon pudding mix
- 1 (8 ounce) container Cool Whip Topping, thawed
- 1 graham cracker crumb crust (6 oz. or 9 inch)
directions
- Pour 1 1/4 cups cold milk in a large bowl.
- Beat in 2 packages pudding mix and 1/2 the tub of Cool Whip.
- Spread in prepared graham crust.
- Spread remaining Cool Whip topping on top of pie and serve immediately or refrigerate till time to serve.

This is extremely easy to whip up! Tastes Great! Will be my go to pie recipe. -
My 16 yr old daughter made this for our Thanksgiving pie this year. It turned out fabulous!! This recipe is a keeper for sure and we will make it again.

Good, easy pie. Next time I will add 1-2 tsp. of lemon juice to give it a little more lemon flavor. Thank you for sharing. -
I loved this pie. Lemon is my favorite so I added the juice and zest of 2 lemons to this recipe and it came out wonderfully creamy and delicious. Thanks Darlene.

I would like to let you all know that I am no longer able to review your recipes that I have tried. since they changed the site around webtv does not supprt zaars new site.I have a webtv not a computer and webtv does not support the new recipezaar site.

My pet peeve is telemarketers,Every time I get busy with my recipe hobby one of them will call and knock me off the web,and of coarse I waste precious time getting back on.I am disabled,so I no longer work,and have plenty of time to pursue my hobby.
My best dish I make is Lasagna but thats just because I love lasagna.I am also asked to bring No-Bake cookies at all of our potlucks, and linger-longers at church.Meat loaf is another often requested dish I am asked to bring...... NOT MY meatloaf but .... My husbands.
He is as good a cook as I am,He can cook anything I can cook, and I can cook anything he can cook,but some things I make better,and some He makes better...So we do a lot of compromising at our house.
