Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 (16 ounce) can fat-free refried beans
  • 1 (15 ounce) can black beans (drained)
  • 1 (15 ounce) can red beans (drained)
  • 1 (15 ounce) can chicken broth
  • 1 (10 ounce) can rotel
  • 1 (14 ounce) can diced tomatoes
  • 1 lb ground turkey breast

Directions

  1. Brown turkey breast in stock pan.
  2. Add the remainder of the ingredients and heat to boiling.
  3. Add your preferred seasonings to taste. For example, cilantro, cumin, onion powder, etc.
  4. Can sizes are approximate - it wouldn't let me add the recipe by just saying a "can".
