  1. Preheat a very large non-stick saute pan over medium heat.
  2. Add chicken chunks, half the garlic, and half the pepper. Turn as chicken gets white on the bottom. If chicken sticks to the non-stick pan, use a small amount of water to free it.
  3. Add the wine and rest of the garlic and other remaining seasoning. Cook for two minutes and add mushrooms.
  4. Continue cooking until the biggest chuncks of chicken are cooked throughout.
