  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. In a 9"X13" casserole dish place uncooked rice in bottom.
  3. Pour can of corn on top of rice.
  4. Place onions next.
  5. Layer peppers on onions.
  6. Pour one can of tomato sauce.
  7. Crumble raw ground beef on top.
  8. Pour second can of tomato sauce on top.
  9. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake another 15 minutes making sure ground beef is cooked through completely.
