  1. Using a large bowl, place in layers in the following order.
  2. lettuce
  3. cauliflower
  4. peas
  5. bacon
  6. red onion.
  7. Mix the parmesan cheese, sugar and mayo together and "frost" the top of the layered veggies
  8. Cover and chill 8 hours or overnight.
  9. When ready to serve, let stand at room temperature for 10 minutes before tossing.
  10. Can be cut in half for less people.
