  • 1 12 cups butter, soft
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 3 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons lemon extract
  • 34 cup 7-Up soda

Directions

  1. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  2. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  3. Stir in flour; beat in lemon extract and 7Up.
  4. Pour batter into well greased and floured 12 cup fluted mold.
  5. Bake at 325 degrees for 60 minutes to an hour and 25 minutes.
  6. Cool; dust with conf.
