Ingredients Nutrition

  • 4 -6 lbs of pre-cooked ham
  • 1 (20 ounce) bottle 7-Up soda
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 13 cup brown sugar
  • 12 cup of crosse & blackwell ham glaze
  • 1 (8 ounce) can , pineapples (chunks, rings, or crushed)
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch


  1. In a saucepan, melt butter.
  2. Add the brown sugar, 7-up, cornstarch, and ham glaze to the melted butter.
  3. Cook until thickened.
  4. Place sliced ham in a roasting pan.
  5. Pour glaze mixture over ham.
  6. Cover ham with foil and bake for 1 1/2 hours at 300 degrees OR.
  7. Crockpot:
  8. Pour a little sauce in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  9. Add the ham and pour the rest of the sauce over the ham.
  10. Cook on high for 2-4 hours or low 4-6 hours.
