  1. This was so good and easy to make. I followed the recipe as writen other then I used 32 ounces of beef broth. Mine cooked for nine hours and was so tender and fell off the bone. I used a shoulder roast as that is what I had. Everyone enjoyed this.

  2. What a great easy way to get dinner! I only used 1 can of beef broth. I had a short time to have dinner ready so cooked mine on high for 4 hours. Made for Spring PAC 2014.

  3. Every region can claim pot roast roots and I believe my southern roots have grown even deeper. As a matter of fact I think they're now what I like to call platinum blonde. Made for Alphabet Soup.

  5. Wonderful crock pot recipe for roast. I used a chuck roast, added all the spices and put it in my crock pot to cook. The roast was so juicy and tender that it was almost falling apart by itself. The spices really added to the roast. I served it with a salad and green beans for a wonderful dinner. Great recipe. Thanks for posting it. Adopted for PAC April 2008.
