  1. In a small sauce pot, saute tomatoes with a pinch of salt.
  2. When juices are coming from tomatoes, add butter and melt.
  3. Cook tomatoes in butter for 5 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in remaining ingredients.
  5. Place chicken thighs in a zipper freezer bag and cover with BBQ sacue.
  6. Grill over medium heat, turning often to allow crispy skin without burning.
  7. Cook until 165 degrees.
