  • In a small sauce pot, saute tomatoes with a pinch of salt.
  • When juices are coming from tomatoes, add butter and melt.
  • Cook tomatoes in butter for 5 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and stir in remaining ingredients.
  • Place chicken thighs in a zipper freezer bag and cover with BBQ sacue.
  • Grill over medium heat, turning often to allow crispy skin without burning.
  • Cook until 165 degrees.
