ingredients
- 1⁄2 ounce coconut rum
- 1⁄2 ounce Frangelico
- 1⁄2 ounce bailey's irish cream
- 1⁄4 ounce Amaretto
- 6 -8 ounces hot coffee (Columbian or dark roast, brewed rich)
- 1 pinch shredded coconut
directions
- Combine ingredients in a coffee mug or serve inches.
- Irish Coffee Cup.
- Top with whipped cream and coconut shavings.

Delicious, smooth, and warmed me up. Left off the shredded coconut (not a fan). -
I love everything of this coffee. I used strong coffee. If I do it again, I won't do the coconut on top. I used 8 ounces of coffee. Thanks Annacia. Made for photo tag. -
A lovely smooth tasting coffee, perfect for an afternoon pick me up on a cold winter's day, contains some of my favourite liqueurs so I knew I would love this, I also added a little milk as I always have my coffee with milk, delicious, thanks Annacia!!
