  1. I read the reviews and decided to try my luck, since most people didn't seem to have the rising-too-high-center-falling problem as one reviewer did. However, I had the same problem. I started this up before I left for the evening, and came back to a sad sunken in loaf. I'm not skilled enough with bread to revise it to make it work, so I won't be trying this one again. :(

  2. I didn't have any luck with this recipe. It actually rose too high overflowed the Bread Pan into my machine then the center fell. I used Bread Machine Yeast and Bread Flour so maybe that caused the problem? My Machine has 2 lb capacity so I know that wasn't it. It did smell wonderful and the birds are eating it up.

  3. I used this recipe for Thanksgiving rolls, and they were fabulous! I just let the bread machine run on the dough setting, floured my hands, shaped the rolls (about 14 per batch), and let 'em rise about 40 minutes before baking at 350 degrees. They rose nicely and were soft and tasty. I'll use this recipe over and over.
