ingredients

1 ¹⁄₄ cups water
¹⁄₂ cup lite corn syrup
³⁄₄ cup sugar
1 ¹⁄₂ teaspoons root beer concentrate (McCormick is best)
1 liter cold soda water or 1 liter club soda

directions

Bring water to boil in medium saucepan.
Stir in sugar until dissolved.
Add Concentrate; stir until well mixed.
Refrigerate mixture until ready to serve. Slowly pour soda water or club soda into root beer mixture until well blended.
serve.
