Abbie's Spicy Oven-Roasted Potatoes

"This is the first recipe I kind of put together myself. I was just trying to use up some potatoes. Omit the onions if you want. I was just trying to get rid of those, too, haha. I also based this on what we had in the house, so it only serves 2. But you can easily double or triple it, I'm sure."

  1. This was a delicious potato dish, and so easy to prepare. I increased the servings to fit our family size, but otherwise stuck to the recipe as written. The spices were excellent and flavored the potoatoes quite nicely. My only question was about preparing the potatoes, as the instructions didn't state whether to slice or dice the potoates. I decided to slice them thinly into bite-size pieces so they'd roast in the time specified in the recipe. They were delicious. Thank you for sharing your recipe, Abbs. Made for the 2011 Lets PARTY game.
