  3. Such a yummy and easy basic healthy shake for Abs Diet or just as a fill in for a good snack. I like the flavor as is, even if it's a little plain, but there are definitely tons of options with fruits, etc.
     
  4. I was on the Abs Diet for awhile before I got pregnant. I still incorperate some of the things I learned. I know it sounds gross with the oatmeal, but it seems to disapear. I even use it in fruit and protein shakes. Very filling.
     
  5. I have been following the Abs Diet for about two weeks now. This smoothie didn't sound all that good to me but since there weren't a ton of recipes available, I finally tried it...and I LOVED it! It's extremely filling and I liked the taste. I lost four pounds this week too! I run a site for weight loss support and I plan to share this recipe with my diet buddies right away!
