  1. Great coffee drink - and how could it not be?!?! I used vanilla ice cream and put it all in the blender to whip up a glass of creamy goodness - thanks for sharing the recipe! Made for the Best of 2010 Event (recommended by Chef Buggsy Mate)

  2. Yummy indeed! I used Van Houtte's Bavarian Chocolate coffee, fat free creamer and no sugar added chocolate ice cream. It ended up as a tall and languid pleasure that was very much enjoyed. The Coffee Queen has done it again :D.

  3. Oh so yummy! I now have a favorite milkshake or actually coffee shake. And it is so simple to make without the alcohol. I substituted 1/2 tsp. pure almond extract for the amaretto, and used 1 Tbs. of half & half for the nondairy creamer. While at the store I couldn't make up my mind if I wanted to make this recipe with chocolate or vanilla ice cream, so I bought Breyer's Chocolate Vanilla ice cream which is a combination of both and scooped right out of the middle of the carton in order to get a good blend. I will definitely be making this during the summer for a nice treat. Thanks for posting this recipe Debby. Made and reviewed for Spring PAC 2010.

  4. Wonderful treat! I used vanilla ice cream, but I am excited to try it with chocolate, as well. I made these into mini desserts using tall shot glasses with a bit of whipped cream on top - very enjoyable. Thanks for sharing!

  5. Very delicious and refreshing idea. I'll probably have that a lot for dessert during Summer. But I have to admit I used regular cream instead of the non-dairy creamer.
