  1. Heat Butter and oil in a large pot until butter is melted.
  2. Sauté onion, jalapeño, garlic, carrots, celery and chicken; simmer 5 minutes.
  3. Add cumin, salt, chili powder, lemon pepper and flour. Stir to blend.
  4. Add tomatoes and chicken broth. Mix well. Simmer for 1 hour.
  5. Add cilantro and lime juice.
  6. Put in individual serving bowls in order of preference: tortilla chips, sour cream, cheese, and soup.
