  1. Cut onion in half and place cut side down in slow cooker.
  2. Place meat in a slow cooker.
  3. Wedge garlic cloves and bay leaves in around meat.
  4. In a medium bowl, mix pepper, soy sauce, and vinegar. Pour over meat.
  5. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
  6. Serve over riced.
