Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 cup fat free pretzel
  • 2 cups Cheerios toasted oat cereal or 2 cups Kix cereal
  • 34-1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 9 ounces gummy fruit slices
  • 1 cup almonds, walnuts, cashews, peanuts, ect
  • 1 cup Reese's pieces (opt. I used York Pieces in this recipe) or 1 cup M&M' (opt. I used York Pieces in this recipe)
  • 12 cup marshmallows (I used fruit flavored kind)
  • 2 cups air popped popcorn or 2 cups popcorn indiana popcorn
