- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon ground rose petal
- 1 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground cumin
directions
- Combine all ingredients and store in an air-tight container.

I modified this to be halal and I also didn't use rose petals this time but will update when I do insha Allah (God willing). I changed the nutmeg which is an intoxicant to allspice and used this in another of My Persian Kitchen's recipes, recipe#448277 which was perfect masha Allah (Praise be to God).
