Adzuki/Aduki Red Bean Veggie Burgers With Dulse

“I'm on an adzuki/aduki (red bean) kick since I just cooked up a whole bunch of them and am finding lots of uses for these wonderful beans, both savory and sweet. I decided to put a twist on ordinary veggie burgers with a Japanese flair, and added dulse flakes for extra flavor and the loads of nutrients sea vegetables have to offer! Powdered ginger, or a small piece of fresh ginger, would've been optimal here but I only had coriander. I added salt but dulse is naturally salty so you might want to omit it.”
