  • 1. Slice beans into bite-size pieces.
  • 2. Microwave 6 minutes (or until cooked).
  • 3. Chop tomatoes.
  • 4. Dice onions.
  • 4. Crumble cheese and mix with oil and lemon juice.
  • 5. Toss all ingredients together.
  • 6. Salt and pepper to taste.

  1. Yummy. Served with pork chops. Nice change from just green beans.
     
  2. Made for PAC Spring 2014. Very good! Had some still warm (the hot beans warm the other ingredients) as a side dish for baked fish. Also tasted it at room temperature, then again chilled. Nice all three ways! Made as written, with just a touch of salt and pepper. Simple ingredients, yet has so much flavour.
