  1. Delicious, refeshing and summery and a great change from the standard green salad we usually have. I used quinoa, basil and spinach fresh from the garden and fresh , diced tomatoes. My olives were green ones stuffed with fetta - 2 ingredients there for the price of one !!!

  2. Very yummy! This is my first time trying some African food and it was so yummy. Most of the ingredients are my favourite, so I knew I was going to like the recipe even before I made it! I had to leave out the basil because the basil in the supermarket was wilted, so I used some dried basil. Thank you Tisme for a healthy change.

  3. Delicious. Some of my favourite ingredients. This is such a simple salad to put together, one I'll definitely be making again. Thanks for posting.

  4. This is delicious! I used fresh tomatoes instead of sun dried and a bit more spinach. It is great - a nice summer salad and will make great leftovers. Thanks for the post! ZWT 3

  5. I have NEVER heard my oldest daughter (age 17) rave on and on about ANY salad...yet she loved this one from start to finish! And that's saying something because she doesn't even like couscous... (: The blend of flavors and textures in this salad should NOT be missed! I would leave off some of the "dressing" next time as it did over-power just a bit. But is was still very yummy.
