Directions

  1. Place bulgur in large heat safe bowl or pan
  2. Pour in boiling water.
  3. Cover tightly with foil.
  4. Leave it while you are away or until the bulgur is tender and water absorbed.
  5. Remove foil and fluff with a fork.
  6. Add remaining ingredients (can prepare these before leaving also).
  7. Mix and serve.
  8. Can serve at room temperature or you can reheat in oven 350 for 30 minute.
