- To Make The Marinade: Place chicken in a ziplock bag. In a bowl whisk together marinade ingredients. Pour mixture over the chicken and reseal, squeezing out excessive air. Allow to marinate at least 4 hours in the refrigerator.
- To Make The Cherry Salsa: Mix ingredients and set aside. Serve over or along side the chicken.
- To Finish: Preheat grill to medium high heat. Once preheated, brush grill lightly with olive oil. Place chicken (if desired lightly season) on grill and cook (with lid closed) 5-8 minutes per side until juices run clear (depending on thickness).

I'm just me, mother, grandmother...friend to many and a Louisianian. My Cajun and French Quarter Italian descent afforded me exposure to some of the best of foods. My passions are my family, decorating, cooking and gardening. Those very passions push me into constant awareness with always looking for something new to delight the senses, thus my favorite idiom...Inspire me, puuuullllllleeeeeeease! ...and I mean it, too. God Bless America!
