Airbake Giant Cashew White Chocolate Cookies

"This is a recipe I found on the back of the wrapping for a cookie sheet. I have not tried it yet, I'm just storing it here so I don't lose it. The time is a guess, because it doesn't specify. I also have no idea how many cookies this makes, because it also doesn't specify that."

  1. I've made these for years for Christmas, but I had lost the recipe. I'm glad I found it. I make 2 batches, one with white chips dipped in white chocolate and drizzled with melted semi sweet chocolate and one with chocolate chips dipped in chocolate and drizzled with white chocolate. They look great and taste great.

  2. Yum! Made these to go in my Christmas trays and they're perfect. The recipe made about 3 dozen. I baked for 17 minutes, turning the cookie sheet after about 14 minutes. I skipped the dipping the edge part, I'm sure it would look and taste awesome, but they're great without this step too. Thanks!

I'm a university student, and a horrible cook! (I started a fire trying to boil water). I admit it. I've been trying to get better at it though. I love reading recipes however, and if I could cook, I would. I love South American and Indian food, and HATE pasta. I also have a sweet tooth.
