  1. Boil potatoes.
  2. Peel and cut into bite-size pieces.
  3. Slice onion.
  4. Put potato into bowl, adding salt, turmeric, chili powder and paprika powder.
  5. Heat oil and when hot, add curry leaves, onion, mustard seed and cinnamon stick.
  6. Fry until onions are golden brown, add potato and keep tossing with onion.
  7. Discard cinnamon and sprinkle lime juice on top prior to serving.
